Maintaining Your Water Dispenser

Changing Filters

Filters should be changed regularly. If left for too long, particles collected by the filters may start to leak back into the water. Filters should be replaced every 600 litres or 6 months. You get 3 filters with the Triple Filter Replacement Kit, which is 1 complete replacement set for the Triple Filter Bottle.

Sanitising Your Dispenser

Sanitising your dispenser should be done every 4-6 months to maintain a healthy system. A good time to sanitise is when you change over your filters. It's easy to do, and will give you peace of mind that your dispenser is safe to use. You get 3 sanitiser sachets with the Sanitiser Kit, which will last you up to 18 months.

Maintenance Instructions

Step 1: Remove bottle from dispenser, fill ¼ full of water and add sanitiser agent. Mix well. If you are using the triple filter bottle, remove filters, mix up sanitising agent in a separate container and set aside. Step 2: Switch off and unplug water dispenser and remove drain plug. Drain remaining water out of the dispenser (for bench top units, empty water using taps and pour out or soak up the remaining water with a cloth). Step 3:Put bottle with sanitising solution back on the dispenser. If you are using the triple filter bottle, pour sanitising solution back into bottle once on dispenser. Turn taps until water runs out of them. Ensure tank is full of solution and stand for 5-10 minutes, then drain solution out. Step 4: Remove bottle, rinse, wipe down, fill with clean water and return bottle to dispenser. If using triple filter bottle, install new filters and return bottle to dispenser before refilling with fresh water. Turn taps on until water runs out of them. Let clean water stand in tank for 1 minute then drain out. Water dispenser can now resume normal function.
