What payment methods are available?

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

You can pay for your goods with MasterCard, Visa and Paypal (What is Paypal?)

If you would like to pay via cheque or direct deposit, please contact us.

How can I obtain a tax invoice for my purchase?

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Topbuys will issue a tax invoice with every purchase. This is usually issued via email (can be faxed upon request) once we process your order.

This invoice can be used as proof of purchase for future warranty claims, where applicable.

If you would like your company name to appear on the tax invoice, please include in your billing address.

How long does delivery take?

In order to secure our great range of products and prices for you, we ship directly from warehouses around Australia. Therefore please allow up to 10 working days to receive your item. In most cases, it arrives in 2-3 days.

Topbuys has partnered with a number of courier companies for fast and reliable courier service Australia wide.  We use the following services:

  • TNT Road Express
  • eParcel
  • Allied Express
  • Australia Post

Your tax invoice will be emailed to you after your order has been processed. You can check the progress of your order by clicking here.

Upon request, in most cases we can supply you with a consignment number so that you can trace your package online at www.tnt.com.au, www.eparcel.com.au, and www.alliedexpress.com.au respectively.

Topbuys.com.au can deliver your package to your work or home. However please ensure that someone is there to sign for the package. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

How does the 30 day money back guarantee work?

At Topbuys, we only offer quality products. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to provide a refund where a 30 money back guarantee has been specified. Here are a few things you need to know about our money back guarantee:

  • Only applies to products where 30 day guarantee has been specified in the product description
  • You must return your goods within 30 days of delivery
  • Refund does not include original shipping costs
  • You must contact us first before returning items and fill in returns form
  • You will need to arrange and pay for shipping the item back to us.
  • The goods must arrive back to us in new and undamaged condition, so for this reason we request that you include transit insurance when arranging delivery back to us. This is a minimal charge (usually about $5).
  • Please carefully pack item in original packaging and label as per our instructions
  • Please allow a couple of weeks from receipt of your returned item by our warehouse for processing and refund. You will be notified by email once your refund has been completed.
What if my goods arrive faulty or damaged?

Topbuys will replace your product if it is found to be either damaged in transit or faulty on arrival. Here are some things to know about returning damaged or faulty items:

  • You must contact us immediately upon receiving goods to report any damage, or if the item arrives faulty. The goods must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. However, please contact us first before returning items by filling in the returns form.
  • You may be required to arrange shipping of goods back to warehouse. However, we will reimburse you for shipping costs. For larger items, Topbuys reserves the right to arrange pickup of goods.
  • Please carefully pack item in original packaging and label as per our instructions.
  • Do you have access to a digital camera? If so, to speed up processing of return, please email us your digital photos of damaged item.
How does the warrantee work?

Topbuys only deals with vendors and manufactures who offer quality after sales warranty and product support. Here are a few things to know about our warrantee:

  • Most products are covered by minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty
  • Please refer to individual product descriptions on our site as warranty terms may differ from product to product
  • Warranty is valid within Australia only
  • Please be aware if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repairer you will void any manufactures warranty
  • You will need to arrange and pay for shipping the item back to the warehouse. We do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we recommend that you certify/insure goods that you are returning (this will add a small charge to your delivery fee).
  • For some items you may be charged for shipping repaired or replaced item back to you
  • Please note, for some returned items a restocking fee may be applicable
  • You must contact us first before returning items and fill in returns form
